Product and purchase
Paddle acts as reseller and merchant of record for checkout purchases. The supplier identified below develops and supports Talos and grants the software license. Talos is desktop Android automation software. You buy a digital license key, not an Android device or a Google Play purchase. Talos runs on your computer and controls Android devices connected through ADB. Use requires a compatible Windows or Linux host, an authorized ADB connection, internet access for license checks and your own configured AI provider. AI usage is billed separately by that provider.
License duration and activation
The selected plan and order confirmation specify the license duration and maximum active host computers. Activation slots count computers running Talos, not connected Android devices. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. If the selected price is recurring, the displayed amount and billing interval apply until cancellation through the billing portal on the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the paid expiry date. Deactivate a host before moving its activation to another computer.
Authorized use
Talos may only be used to control devices and accounts that the user owns or is authorized to control. You are responsible for the instructions you give, the accounts you automate and compliance with applicable law and third-party terms. Unauthorized access and illegal use are prohibited. Review automated actions, especially those that change data or incur charges.
Scope, transfers and updates
The license permits commercial use. Each activation binds the license to the host computer that activated it, up to the number of activation slots in your plan; deactivate a host to free its slot before activating another computer. The license key is issued to the purchaser and may not be resold, sublicensed or published. Support is provided by email to the support address below. Security updates are published for the duration of your license term, and the current version is always available from the download page at no additional cost while your license is active.
Suspension, refunds and payment disputes
A fully refunded purchase or disputed charge disables the associated license in the licensing system. Contact support if this is incorrect; other purchases are not affected. Subscription payment failure may lead to expiry after the configured grace period. We do not operate discretionary suspension: a license is disabled only when its purchase is fully refunded or charged back, as described above. If a license stops working for any other reason, contact support and we will restore it. Statutory remedies remain available; see the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
Automation and AI output can be incorrect. Review results and maintain appropriate backups. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability arising from the licence is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Polish law governs the contract. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution available in their own country. Contact the seller identified below for support or complaints.
